Do you charge a service fee?

We charge a $35 service fee that is waived or credited if you decide to proceed with the estimate that is provided. Check out our special offers to have this fee waived.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cards, cash, and checks.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer multiple financing plans for you to look over and determine what will work best for you. All financing needs to be finalized prior to the start of services. Please contact the office for more details.

Do we provide parts? Example: water heater, faucets, materials, etc.

Yes, we are able to provide parts. We always recommend customers that are interested in a particular look and/or finish that is not standard to purchase the parts themselves.

Do you work with property management companies and HOA?

Yes! We would love to become one of your vendors. Please give our office a call and speak with our office manager.

Do you service commercial and residential?

Yes, we service both commercial and residential.

Do you offer a warranty on your services?

Yes all parts provided by Plumbing Depot Inc., have a manufacturer’s warranty and all labor warranties are outlined in our warranty policy that will be attached to your estimate and invoice.
